Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the UniMAX online store and any purchase you make through it. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & payment

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include SST where applicable. An order is confirmed once payment is received and verified. We accept FPX online banking, e-wallets, cards and cash on delivery as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by our licensed payment gateway partners; UniMAX does not store your banking credentials.

3. Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Semenanjung Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are indicative; delays by couriers are outside our control.

4. Returns & refunds

Delivered items may be returned through your account's order page subject to our returns policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as agreed with our support team.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
